Suspending and consshmnecting are conducted through the first supporting device and the second supporting device,the elastic device is arranged between the first supporting device and the second supporting device, and the length adjustor is arranged at the lower end of the second supporting device; when a steelwire rope penetrating through the upper end of the first supporting device and the lower end of the length adjustor bears tensile force, the elastic device which is embedded into the position betweenthe first supporting device and the second supporting device achieves the buffering effect, vibration of the audio frequency band is absorbed, vibration isolation and sound insulation are achieved, and the system performance is effectively adjusted; and the suspension steel wire rope vibration-isolation and sound-insulation device can adapt to different pre-tightening force and compression amounts through the length adjustor.
