The method includes the steps of firstly, judging asubway service capacity bottleneck section, and under a certain service level condition, measuring the subway transportation capacity and section passenger flow volume, and taking a ratio of the section passenger flow volume to the transportation capacity as a judgment criterion for the subway service capacity bottleneck section; secondly, taking a subway station as an alternative stop for a ground bus large station express line; and thirdly, considering the constraints of the number of stations, the length of the line and the passenger carrying capacity, determining a stop of the ground buslarge station express line service by using a genetic algorithm, so that the average passenger flow section saturation in the subway service capacity bottleneck section is the smallest.
