During application, the progesterone at 0.05 mu mol/L by concentration is sprayed on leaves 24 hours after crops of the booting stage suffer from chilling damage. According to the application of the hormones to cold resistance and disaster mitigation of the booting stage wheat, by spraying the progesterone onto the crops of the booting stage which suffer from chilling damage, cold resistance of the booting stage wheat can be effectively improved, and influence of cold stress on growth and the yield of the wheat during the booting stage can be relieved.
