The device comprises an air dilution and granular focusing part and an optical measuring part, wherein the air dilution and granular focusing part comprises a sampling tube, a dilution and focusing tube and a returning tube; the sampling tube is connected with a gas-solid two-phase flow pipeline to takesamples of inside gas-solid two-phase flow; the dilution and focusing tube dilutes the gas-solid two-phase flow by introducing compressed air, and meanwhile achieves granule focusing through pipelineopening shrinkage; the returning tube is used for collecting the gas-solid two-phase flow and conveying the gas-solid two-phase flow into the gas-solid two-phase flow pipeline; the optical measuring part consists of a laser device, a focusing lens, a diaphragm and a detector; the laser device is used for emitting laser; the laser is focused by a focusing lens and is fed through a measuring zone; and a transmittance light intensity signal is received by the detector through the diaphragm. The invention further provides an online measurement method for sizes of gas-solid two-phase granules. According to the method, the sampled gas-solid two-phase flow is diluted and focused through air, focused granules are fed through the measuring zone, as the granules are relatively low in concentration,the granules are fed through the measuring zone one by one, the granules which pass through the measuring zone one by one are counted, calculated and summarized according to the relationship between transmittance light intensity attenuation degrees and granular particle sizes on the basis of principles of a counting method, then particle size distribution of the gas-solid two-phase flow granules is acquired, online measurement on the gas-solid two-phase flow granules is achieved, and reference is provided for industrial process optimization control of gas-solid two-phase flows.
