The system comprises a plate number recognition probe, a park management system, a data management center, a park timing meter and a park networked data management platform. The plate number recognition probe recognizes and captures plate number information of blue plate or green plate automobiles coming in and going out of the park; the park timing meter is used for charging of automobiles; the park management system controls and manages work ofthe plate number recognition probe, the park timing meter and the data management center; the data management center is responsible for reading and storing plate number information of automobiles coming in and going out of the park and feeds related park information to the park networked data management platform; and the park networked data management platform collects related information of the park management system and issues the same to the platform for related persons to inquire.
