The soup filling device comprises a soup filling container and an electronic control valve which is arranged at a soup outlet in the bottom of the soup filling container; the bowl providing device comprisesa bowl covering shell, a lead screw sequencer and a quadruple-rim bowl clamping device, the bowl covering shell is used for containing stacked bowls, the lead screw sequencer is located on the wall surface of the lower end of the bowl covering shell and used for arraying the bowls in the vertical direction, and the quadruple-rim bowl clamping device is located at the lower end of the lead screw sequencer and used for blocking / releasing the bowl at the lowest end; the conveying device comprises a conveyor belt and a driving mechanism used for driving the conveyor belt to move intermittently. The bowl providing device release the bowls onto the conveyor belt at the intermittent stopping moment, and meanwhile the electronic control valve at the soup outlet of the soup filling container is turned on.
