Problems solved by technology

The traditional sorting method relies on a lot of labor and adopts the "bottom-up" method of stacking, which is labor-intensive and dangerous, and the stacking height and the number of pallets in a single stack are limited by the lifting capacity of the workers, resulting in low efficiency.

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0021] Such as figure 1 , 2 As shown, the logistics pallet stacking device adopted in the present invention includes a frame 4, a pallet lifting system and a pallet gripping system. Change the length of the square pipe 17 inserted into the square pipe 16 to meet the code division operation of pallets of different specifications.

[0022] Such as image 3 As shown, the pallet grasping system includes a lifting platform 12, a steering reducer 11, a connecting rod 13 and a grasping device; the steering reducer 11 is installed on the lifting platform 12; the grasping device includes a claw 5, a pull Stretching spring 8, steering shaft 6, support seat 7, supporting claw 5 and steering shaft front 6 ends are hinged, and extension spring 8 two ends connect the bottom of supporting claw 5 and steering shaft 6 respectively. The steering shaft 6 is installed on the lifting p...

Abstract

The invention discloses a logistics tray stacking method, which comprises the following steps: (1) a single tray or a tray set is placed into a logistics tray stacking device; (2) after the logisticstray stacking device detects that the tray arrives at a designated spot, a tray lifting system drives a lifting table to decline; (3) when a support claw enters a tray fork-entering hole, an extensionspring pulls the jacked support claw back to an initial horizontal position; (4) the tray lifting system stops action, and a forking action is accomplished; and then the tray lifting system drags thelifting table to lift up, and the lifting table stops lifting after arriving at the specified height; and (5) the steps of (1) to (4) are repeated until the stray stacking is finished. According to the logistics tray stacking method provided by the invention, the safety of a tray lifting process is ensured; the automatic production of tray stacking and destacking is realized, the manpower cost isreduced, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced; and the logistics tray stacking method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and easiness in maintenance. The invention further discloses a logistics tray destacking method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for automatically stacking and unstacking pallets or pallet groups in an automatic logistics system. Background technique [0002] With the development of the logistics industry and the promotion of automated logistics technology, various pallets for carrying items are widely used. When goods are transferred from the pallet, the pallet is emptied. The random stacking of empty pallets not only occupies the limited space of the logistics warehouse, but also causes damage to the pallets and shortens the service life of the pallets. Therefore, the arrangement of empty pallets has become an unavoidable problem for various production enterprises and logistics centers. The traditional sorting method relies on a large amount of labor and adopts the "bottom-up" method of stacking, which is labor-intensive and dangerous, and the stacking height and the number of pallets in a single stack are limited by the lifting capacity of ...
