Abstract

The invention provides a shield tunneling method of a birth-death element method simulation tunnel based on ANSYS. The shield tunneling method is characterized by comprising the steps of 1, selectingSOLID186 solid elements to build a tunnel model, a rock and soil model and a duct piece model in the ANSYS; 2, endowing the models with material attributes, initially endowing all the models with rockand soil material parameters, dividing the models into mapping meshes and free meshes respectively according to the model shape, and establishing of a finite element model is completed; 3, applying boundary conditions and loads to the models, wherein vertical constraint is adopted at the lower portion of the model, normal-phase constraint is adopted at the two sides of the model, normal-phase constraint is adopted at the fracture surface of the axial tail part, the gravity accelerated speed g is applied to the whole model, rock and soil dead load is simulated, and 2.0 MPa of uniformly-distributed pressure loads are applied to the upper surface of the rock and soil model to be used for simulating ground buildings or other loads. The shield tunneling method is utilized to more truly and properly simulate the stress and deformation settlement upheaval situations of tunnel surrounding rock and soil in the excavating and supporting process of a full-fracture-surface tunneling machine.
