Abstract

The invention provides a fatigue test device for a cylindrical elastic bearing, belonging to the technical field of fatigue test. The device includes a mandrel (3), a loading joint (4), a torsion-proof seat (5), a first actuator (8) and a second actuator (17). The mandrel (3) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the cylindrical elastic bearing, and is provided with a double-fork-lug joint (12) extending to the side at the end thereof. The loading joint (4) is provided with a single lug which sleeves the outer ring of the cylindrical elastic bearing. The torsion-proof seat (5) is provided with a strip slot which is used for limiting the motion direction of a square plate at the side of the cylindrical elastic bearing. The first actuator (8) is connected with the double-fork-lug joint(12). The second actuator (17) is connected with the loading joint (4), and the motion direction of the actuating cylinder thereof is consistent with the direction of the strip slot. Through the design of the torsion-proof seat, a flat key, the double-fork-lug joint, a sleeve shaft and the like, the loading requirement for variable-pitch motion during fatigue endurance test of the cylindrical elastic bearing is satisfied. The whole test device is simple and convenient to disassemble and assemble and accurate and reliable in loading, and can be used in fatigue endurance test of the cylindricalelastic bearing.
