The device comprises a first supporting plate which is vertically arranging; an LED light supplementing assembly whichis slidably connected with the first supporting plate. The LED light supplementing assembly comprises an LED lamp, a controller and a detector which are integrated. The LED lamp faces the pot-cultured plant. The detector is used for acquiring real-time distance information between the LED lamp and the pot-cultured plant in real time. The controller is in communication connection with the detectorand the LED lamp and is used for starting and stopping the LED lamp and the detector, receiving the real-time distance information and transmitting driving information for driving the LED lamp to slide in a direction of approaching to or separating from the pot-cultured plant. According to the LED light supplementing device, the distance between the LED lamp and the edge of the pot-cultured plantis automatically adjusted in real time along with growth of the pot-cultured plant, thereby realizing an effect of uniform light supplementing of the pot-cultured plant.
