The shaft underground stereo garage comprises a lifting platform and a multilayer annular parking region surrounding the peripheryof the lifting platform. The lifting platform is configured with a lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism drives the lifting platform to move up and down in the middle of the multilayer annular parking region. The lifting platform comprises a vehicle carrying platform, and the vehicle carrying platform is configured with a rotating frame, a transverse driving structure and a transverse form comb. The transverse form comb is arranged on the rotating frame. The transverse form comb is configured with a transverse driven structure. The transverse driving structure is connected with the transverse driven structure. The bottom of the vehicle carrying platform is provided with a rotating mechanism which is connected with the rotating frame. The system is reasonable in design, operation stability of the vehicle carrying platform in the shaft underground stereo garage is effectively ensured, and the vehicle carrying platform is conveyed to a corresponding position according to actual parking conditions of the underground stereo garage, to realize intelligent parking control.
