The method comprises the selection of a mode in frames and the selection of the mode between the frames, wherein, for the selection of the mode in the frames, a prediction method with different fineness is chosen according to the dramatic degree of the image information changes in the prior macro block, thereby decreasing the number of the model to be chosen and confirming the final selection mode through the method of code rate-distortion factor optimizing; for the selection of the mode between the frames, the sum of the absolute difference of the corresponding pixel point of the corresponding macro block of the prior frame and the reference frame is used as a dividing basis to divide the macro block into different fineness and to correspondingly choose a prediction method with different fineness for decreasing the number of the model to be chosen and confirming the final selection mode through the method of code rate-distortion factor optimizing. The invention can decrease the number of the model to be chosen and solve the application limited problems caused by over-complicated code, over-loaded operation and over time consumption in the prior art.

The invention discloses a spatial enhancement layer rapid mode selection method of scalable video coding. If the optimal mode of a macro block corresponding to a spatial basic layer of a current coding macro block is intra-frame mode, the current coding macro block selects the intra-frame mode as a candidate mode sub-set of the current coding macro block. If the optimal mode of the macro block corresponding to the spatial basic layer of the current coding macro block is inter-frame mode, the rate distortion cost threshold of the early skip of the Skip mode of the current coding macro block is calculated; if the rate distortion cost of the Skip mode of the current coding macro block is less than the rate distortion cost threshold, the Skip mode is selected as the optimal mode of the current coding macro block; and otherwise, the mode quality of the current coding macro block is calculated, and the candidate mode sub-set of the current coding macro block is selected according to the mode quality of the current coding macro block and the mode quality threshold under the current coding parameter maintained by a coder. Through the invention, the number of the coding modes for calculating the rate distortion cost is reduced, and the coding time is shortened.

The frequency adjusting and control method has the advantages that that the variable-frequency enhanced vapor injection heat-pump water heater is made to work at the frequency close to the optimum energy efficiency ratio frequency point as much as possible, the opening degree of the main electronic expansion valve and the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is controlled with the optimum energy efficiency ratio, and energy is saved.
