Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for transmitting a multistation control frame, an access point, and a system. The method comprises the steps: transmitting the multistation control frame to multiple stations, wherein when the multistation control frame is a request frame, the request frame is used for requesting each station for transmitting a first response frame corresponding to the multistation control frame; receiving first response frames which are transmitted by all stations and are corresponding to the multistation control frame; or enabling a second response frame tobe used for responding to a data frame, a management frame or a control frame transmitted by multiple stations when the multistation control frame is the second response frame. The multistation control frame comprises a conventional lead code field and a new lead code field. The new lead code field comprises a first signaling field and a second signaling field. The multistation control frame, compared with an 802.11ax multistation control frame, greatly reduces the occupied bytes. Therefore, the method can reduce the time in occupying a channel in a transmission process of the multistation control frame.
