Abstract

The invention provides a cable reel, and belongs to the field of transformer substation auxiliary tools. The cable reel comprises a supporting shaft and further comprises a first rotary disc and a second rotary disc which are arranged at the two ends of the supporting shaft correspondingly. A cable for testing is wound around the supporting shaft and is located between the first rotary disc and the second rotary disc. The first rotary disc is at least provided with four testing inserting holes used for being connected with a testing instrument. One ends of core wires of the cable are connectedwith the testing inserting holes in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the other end of the cable is used for being connected with to-be-tested power utilization equipment. According to the provided cable reel, one end of the cable is electrically connected with the corresponding testing inserting holes, the cable is wound around the supporting shaft, and therefore the requirement for different cable lengths in the differential protection test can be met; and the core wires of the cable are electrically connected with the one-to-one correspondence testing inserting holes, the wiring error rate is reduced, the circuit connecting stability is improved, and smooth proceeding of the differential protection test is guaranteed.
