Abstract

A device for testing watertightness of an irregularly shaped component under a high pressure comprises: a sealed water tank (2) comprising a tank body (22) and a cover body (24); a push mechanism (3) comprising a driving assembly (31) provided outside of the tank body (22), a push assembly (32) provided inside the tank body (22) and supporting platforms (4) provided inside the sealed water tank (2) for supporting components to undergo testing. An upper portion of the tank body (22) is open, thereby forming an open end for placement and removal of a component. The cover body (24) is connected to the upper portion of the tank body (22) to seal the open end. The invention enhances efficiency of testing electrical performance of an irregularly shaped component in a high-pressure water environment and enables simultaneous testing of mechanical performance of the irregularly shaped component being pushed, thereby greatly shortening a test period, reducing damage caused to the component due to frequent installation and removal, and reducing production costs. Moreover, the invention enhances sealing performance and water injection and drainage efficiency of the tank body (22), reduces test errors, and increases test efficiency.
