As the path with the lowest oil consumption is planned out through the oil consumption prediction model including the corresponding relationship among the average oil consumption of each road segment, the starting time, the road grade, the real-time road condition and the category to which a driving behavior belongs, the path planning carried out based on a relationship among a driving behavior characteristic, the road grade, the real-time road condition and the lowest oil consumption is realized.
