Problems solved by technology

At present, there are relatively many research reports on the crop rotation of alfalfa grass fields, most of which focus on the impact of crop rotation on soil fertility and yield of crop fields, and there is a lack of research on the content of autotoxic substances and changes in soil fertility of alfalfa artificial grassland in the alfalfa-crop rotation system to report

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for testing the effect of medicago sativa L.-corn / wheat rotation on soil. The method is characterized in that Gannon No. 3 medicago sativa L. is taken as a test material to study the effect of different rotation treatments of medicago sativa L.-corn (AC), medicago sativa L.-wheat (AW), medicago sativa L.-corn-corn (ACC) and medicago sativa L.-wheat-wheat (AWW) (bytaking a un-ploughed 5a medicago sativa L. grassland as a control, CK) on soil nutrient content, microbial population and medicago sativa L. auto-toxic substance content change. Results show that through the rotation of corn and wheat by medicago sativa L., population structures of soil microorganisms can be significantly improved, the auto-toxic substance content is reduced, and nutrients are increased in consumption and are decreased in accumulation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, and in particular relates to a test method for the influence of alfalfa-corn / wheat rotation on soil. Background technique [0002] Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) has multiple functions such as excellent feed value and nitrogen fixation, water and soil conservation, and soil improvement, and is planted on five continents in the world. Studies have confirmed that alfalfa has a special intraspecific allelopathic effect—autotoxicity. Alfalfa seeds contain water-soluble autotoxic substances, and continuous planting for many years will lead to the accumulation of soil autotoxic substances, which will cause autotoxicity to the germination of alfalfa seeds and the growth and development of seedlings, which will reduce the yield and quality of alfalfa. It is urgent to explore scientific and effective ways to reduce the obstacles and autotoxicity of alfalfa continuous cropping, and then improve the yi...
