fertilizer based on
mushroom residue and
tailings, its segmented
inoculation preparation method, and its application.
Mushroom residue-degrading
bacteria are isolated from a
tea tree mushroom residue dump, and the resulting bacterial solution is mixed with
tea tree mushroom residue and water for a first-stage
fermentation at 45-60℃.
Tailings-decomposing
bacteria are isolated from a granite
tailings dump, and the resulting bacterial solution is rejuvenated. The first-stage
fermentation material is cooled to 30-45℃, and then granite
tailings and the tailings-decomposing bacterial solution are added, followed by a second-stage
fermentation at this temperature, ultimately yielding the bio-
fertilizer. This invention addresses the differences in temperature tolerance among different bacterial strains by developing a specialized segmented
inoculation process. The resulting bio-
fertilizer possesses multiple benefits, including improving soil physicochemical properties, supplementing soil micronutrients, and enhancing
crop resistance. It solves the problem of synergistic
resource utilization of
tea tree mushroom residue and granite tailings, forming a closed-loop
circular economy of
agricultural waste – mining waste – bio-fertilizer – green
agriculture.
