A through hole is formed in the first sliding base. A first adjusting rod is arranged on one side ofthe first sliding base. The first adjusting rod stretches out of the shear plate through a second adjusting opening. Two telescopic rods are arranged on the shear plate. The first adjusting opening is located between the two telescopic rods. Each telescopic rod is sleeved with a first spring. A connecting block is arranged at the upper end of each telescopic rod. The connecting blocks are connected through a lower pressing plate. A third adjusting opening is formed in the lower pressing plate in the length direction of the lower pressing plate. A forth adjusting opening is formed in the innerside of the third adjusting opening.
