Abstract

The method comprises the steps that a plurality of initial data sheets are obtained, each initial data sheet has an associated sheet ID, and the elements in each row of each initial data sheet correspond to different user IDs within the scope of the initial data sheets; multiple initialdata sheets are converted into a summary data sheet, the elements in each row of the summary data sheet comprise a user ID, a sheet ID and the data obtained after combining the elements associated tothe sheet IDs in the initial sheets and the elements associated to the user IDs in the row elements; at least one target data sheet are created, and each target data sheet is mapped into different mapping positions in a same mapping space; according to the user ID and the sheet ID of the each row element in the summary data sheet, the target mapping position of the row element in the mapping space is determined, and the row element is stored in the first target data sheet.
