The method comprises the steps of: identifying identification two-dimensional codes generated when a vehicle enters a parking lot, and sending vehicle parking request information; distributing a parking stall for the vehicle to be parked according to the vehicle parking request information; performing vehicle parking operation according to the distributed parking stall; identifying the identification two-dimensional codes when the vehicle is picked up, and sending vehicle pick-up request information; determining whether the vehicle to be picked up has paid or not; if yes, distributing a corresponding vehicle pick-up port for the vehicle to be picked up; and performing vehicle pick-up operation according to the distributed parking pick-up port. The stereo garage management method and system perform parking and pick-up of vehicles through scanning of the two-dimensional codes with no need for getting a card toimprove the efficiency of parking and pick-up of the vehicles, avoid traffic jamming and allow vehicle owners not to worry about loss of parking cards to cause that the vehicles cannot be picked up; and moreover, fee payment can be performed prior to vehicle pick-up to avoid queuing payment at the exit of the parking lot so as to facilitate improving payment efficiency.
