The fixed platform and the bracket avoidance platforms work together to generate a bunching effect; the bracket avoidance platforms have the main effect that regarding multi-section column butt-joint positions, reserved brackets for mounting steelgirders are arranged, and aisles are made by adjusting the bracket avoidance platforms, so that the vertically-moving protection platform lifts smoothly; operation adjusting platforms have the main effects that regarding steel columns of different specifications and sizes, distances are adjusted, so that the operation adjusting platforms are in contact with and clamp the steel columns to fix thewhole vertically-moving protection platform; the operation adjusting platforms can move freely, inverted triangular steel wedges are welded to the ends, in contact with the steel columns, of the operation adjusting platforms, and the inverted triangular steel wedges and triangular steel wedges are clamped to prevent the vertically-moving protection platform from falling, wherein the triangular steel wedges are welded to the steel columns.
