The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a test piece, to be more specific, forming a specimen by using a rotary compaction device, cutting the formed cylindrical specimen into semi-circular test pieces, and screening the semi-circulartest pieces to obtain the test piece meeting requirements; (2) fatigue tests, to be more specific, using the test piece meeting requirements in the step (1) for semi-circular bending strength tests and fatigue tests; and (3) evaluation of the fatigue damage healing performances. The method can effectively evaluate the fatigue damage healing performances of the asphalt mixture and improves an evaluation system of the semi-circular bending fatigue tests.
