The wire harness clamping mechanism comprises an upper cross beam and a lower cross beam parallel to the upper cross beam; a first branch beam and a second branch beam which are perpendicular to the upper cross beam are arranged between the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam; a lead screw parallel to the first branch beam is arranged between the first branch beam and the second branch beam; one end of the lead screw is connected with the upper cross beam, and the other end of the lead screw penetrates through the lower cross beam; an upper clamping block and a lower clamping block which are perpendicular to the lead screw are arranged between the first branch beam and the lead screw, and the lead screw penetrates through the upper clamping block and the lower clamping block; the sensing mechanism comprises a pressure sensor, a proximity sensor and a photoelectric sensor; and the drive mechanism comprises a stepping motor, a stepping motor rack, a first synchronizing wheel and a second synchronizing wheel.
