A feeding opening matched withthe feeding end is formed in the upper portion of the temporary storage cavity. Pressure relief devices are arranged between the feeding pipe and the temporary storage cavity and further comprise positioning pillars, springs, limiting rings and top rings. The lower ends of the positioning pillars are fixed to the upper surface of the temporary storage cavity, and the upper ends of the positioningpillars are fixed to the lower surfaces of the top rings. The springs are arranged on the corresponding positioning pillars in a sleeving mode. The upper surfaces of the top rings make direct contactwith the lower surfaces of the limiting rings.
