The invention discloses a cross-river tunnel engineering construction dynamic simulation system based on BIM. The method comprises the following steps of using a BIM platform; carrying out integrationexploration; designing an accomplishment; dynamically collecting progress information in real time; safely monitoring data; using a parameterization modeling technology to realize integration image presenting and dynamic simulation; dynamically presenting a construction progress image and synchronously presenting a safe monitoring state; based on the above steps, tracking an engineering progressand a quality safety condition; and based on the engineering progress, analyzing the influence of underground construction to the safe monitoring state. In the invention, the construction progress canbe dynamically and visually presented, construction and quality safety monitoring images in any periods can be reflected, dynamic process simulation based on a timeline is realized, a change rule between the safety monitoring and the construction progress is compared and analyzed, and engineering safety and stable state determination is assisted to make.
