Abstract

The automatic feeding and stirring device comprises an agitator tank, wherein the top of the agitator tankis provided with a first motor and a feed inlet; one side of the agitator tank is provided with a second motor; the bottom of the first motor is provided with a stirring shaft; stirring blades are arranged at the outer side of the stirring shaft; the bottom of the feed inlet is provided with a first crushing roller and a second crushing roller; one side of the second motor is provided with a rotating shaft; and the bottom of the agitator tank is provided with a spring and a discharge outlet. According to the invention, large raw material blocks can be crushed by the crushing rollers, and thecrushed raw material enters the agitator tank from a gap between the crushing rollers, so the large raw material blocks are prevented from blocking the discharge outlet; in virtue of the retractilityof the spring, the amount of the raw material in the agitator tank can be easily controlled, so excess or insufficient feeding of the raw material is avoided; and by starting contacts and stopping thecontacts and a controller, automatic feeding and automatic stopping of feeding can be realized, and thus, manual operation is reduced and work efficiency is improved.
