A method for preparing a rutin-coated polymer micelle solutionincludes the steps that (1), the rutin and the carrier are dissolved in an organic solvent, and then the organic solvent in which the carrier and the rutin are dissolved is added dropwise to the distilled water under high-speed stirring; (2), the organic solvent in a product (1) is volatilized and then filtered through a filter film, and filtrate is collected to obtain the product.
