Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of an inorganic heavy metal ion adsorption material, and belongs to the technical field of adsorption material preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, with fly ash as a raw material, preparing zeolite particles by an alkali dissolution-hydrothermal process; then, with the obtained zeolite particles as a carrier, mixing bread crumbs with glucose, egg white and water to obtain mixed slurry which serves as a nutrient solution; mixing the carrier and the nutrient solution with neurospora crassa, and fermenting; blending the fermentation filter residue with acetobacter aceti and wine, and performing secondary fermentation; finally, impregnating the secondary fermentation filter residue in alkali liquor, and naturally airing to obtain the inorganic heavy metal ion adsorption material. The heavy metal ion adsorption material prepared in the invention has the advantages of large adsorption capacity, perfect adsorbability, rare desorption and broad application prospect.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an inorganic heavy metal ion adsorption material, belonging to the technical field of adsorption material preparation. Background technique [0002] Water is an indispensable element of environmental resources for human production and life, and the treatment of heavy metal sewage is related to people's quality of life and living environment. Adsorbents for heavy metal ions are a rapidly developing class of new materials that can adsorb heavy metal ions with high selectivity. Common adsorption materials include inorganic and organic. At present, various industries are developing rapidly, and the discharged wastewater contains a large amount of heavy metal ions. Because microorganisms cannot degrade heavy metal pollutants, the pollution caused will be long-lasting. These heavy metal ions can cause major harm to the human body through water and food. In addition, with the enhancement of people's awarenes...
