The first bevel gear is engaged with the second bevel gear. A thread sleeve is in threaded connection with the screw rod. The right side ofthe thread sleeve is slidably connected with the support. A push rod is rotatably mounted on the left side of the screw rod. A swing fulcrum bar is rotatably mounted at the upper end of the support. The lower side of the swing fulcrum bar is rotatably connected with the other end of the push rod. A hoisting frame body is fixedly arranged at the left end of the swing fulcrum bar.
