Embodiment Construction

[0030] In the following, the degradation products of MnP-catalyzed degradation of AR18 were separated by different methods, and the separation results were compared and analyzed.

[0031] (1) MnP Catalyzed Degradation of AR18

[0032] The conditions for MnP-catalyzed degradation of Acid Red 18 are: 110mmol / L sodium lactate buffer (pH 3.5), initial concentration of 100mg / L, MnP enzyme activity of 40U / L, MnSO 4 The concentration is 3.5mmol / L, H 2 o 2 The concentration is 0.2mmol / L, 35 ℃ water bath reaction, reaction 1h decolorization rate reaches 96%.

[0033] (2) Liquid phase analysis of acid red 18 decolorization degradation products

[0034] 1. Ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectral analysis

[0035] This section investigates the UV-Vis spectroscopic analysis of the decolorization and degradation of Acid Red 18 catalyzed by MnP, in order to judge whether new material characteristic peaks appear during the decolorization and degradation process. Under the optimum decoloriz...

Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid-phase separation method of an azo dyestuff degradation product. The liquid-phase separation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out freeze-drying and impurity removal on acid red 18 catalytic degradation liquid; then carrying out HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) separation. According to the liquid-phase separation method disclosed by the invention, AR18 is de-colored and degraded by utilizing MnP; optimal HPLC separation conditions are obtained through exploring liquid chromatographic columns with different types and setting factors including different mobile phases and ratios, flow speeds, detection wavelengths and the like; six degradation products of the AR18 can be separated relatively well.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a separation method, in particular to a liquid phase separation method for degradation products of azo dyes. Background technique [0002] Azo dye wastewater has the characteristics of high COD value, high chroma, complex composition, and high toxicity, so it is difficult to degrade when it enters the environmental water body, directly affects the solubility of gas and the light transmittance of water body, and then leads to the normal life of aquatic animals. Activities are restricted, thereby destroying the ecological balance of the entire water body. Some traditional physicochemical and biological methods have been used for the degradation of dye wastewater, but due to different degradation abilities, more toxic intermediate products may be produced. Since azo dyes are conjugated chromogenic systems with chromogenic groups such as hydroxyl groups and sulfonic acid groups, the products contain sulfonate ions and hydroxyl gro...
