A specific embodiment of the method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-identified human face image; matching the to-be-identified human face image with a registered human face image set of registered objects in a human face registration library to determine a target registered object corresponding to the to-be-identified human face image and a matching score between the to-be-identified human face image and a registered human face image of the target registered object; and in response to the condition of determining that the matching score is greater than a first preset threshold, updating the registered human face image set of the target registered object in the human face registration library by utilizing the to-be-identified human face image. By updating the registered human face image in the human face registration library, the human face identification accuracy is improved.
