The invention discloses a railway freight car vibration power generation device, which comprises a reversing mechanism, a speed changing device and a vibration power generator, wherein the power inputend of the reversing mechanism is corresponding to a bolster spring; the bolster spring is used for transferring the vertical vibration force to the reversing mechanism; the reversing mechanism is used for converting the vertical vibration force transferred by the bolster spring to a rotating movement and outputting the rotating movement; the power output end of the reversing mechanism is connected with the power input end of the speed changing device; the speed changing device is used for amplifying a rotating speed outputted by the reversing mechanism; and the power output end of the speedchanging device is connected with the input shaft of the vibration power generator. Through the reversing mechanism matched with the bolster spring, the vertical vibration force of the bolster springcan be converted to the rotating movement to be outputted, the speed changing device is then used to amplify the rotating speed and transfer the rotating speed to the input shaft of the power generator, the power generator is thus driven to generate power, and current generated by the vibration power generator is subjected to rectification and voltage stabilization and is transmitted to a batteryfor being used by other power devices.
