Abstract

A long-term learning value control device for an internal combustion engine, comprising: an air amount learning control part configured to reduce or increase an ISCV correction value when a rotational speed is higher or lower than a set target value and to record, in an ECU, ISCV actuation value variation as air amount learning value; and a fuel learning control part configured to record in the ECU an O2FB learning value which changes while the ISCV actuation value variation is recorded. When air amount learning occurs, a fuel learning value is recorded in the ECU while the air amount learning value changes. Therefore, even if there is no intake air pressure sensor, a change in a fuel injection amount is recorded while a change in an idle air amount is recorded. After a method is changed, even a system without an intake air pressure sensor can synchronously change a fuel correction amount learning value when an intake air amount changes, so that the recording time of feedback learning is reduced and the reliability of the system is improved, thereby reducing bad phenomena during vehicle driving.
