Abstract

The invention provides a shale horizontal bedding fracture density seismic prediction method. The method comprises the steps of (1) constructing an anisotropic rock physical model of shale horizontalbedding fracture density, (2) carrying out rock physical inversion according to logging curves based on the rock physical model and obtaining a value of the horizontal bedding fracture density and values of anisotropic parameters, (3) carrying out statistic intersection analysis on the horizontal bedding fracture density and the anisotropic parameters and establishing a prediction model, (4) estimating values of overlying shale anisotropy parameters by using the AVO attribute of an inverted shale VTI media bottom interface, and (5) converting the values of the anisotropic parameters convertedvalues of horizontal bedding fracture density to obtain a horizontal bedding fracture density seismic prediction result. Through the method, high-quality shale layer horizontal bedding fracture density plane distribution can be obtained, and the prediction of horizontal bedding fracture by using prestack seismic data is realized for the first time.
