An augmented reality method used for aerial photographing of unmanned aerial vehicle includes the steps of: acquiring an aerial-photo shot by a camera device mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle; recogniting portrait information in the aerial-photo; according to the portrait information, adding virtual ornament to the portrait; recogniting geographic characters of background of the aerial-photo,wherein the background is the part besides the portrait in the aerial-photo; according to the geographic characters, adding a virtual environment, which is corresponding to the geographic characters,to the background. The AR method can enrich the content of the aerial-photo shot by the unmanned aerial vehicle and enhance sensing experience of audiences, thus improving enjoyment of the aerial-photographing by the unmanned aerial vehicle.
