The recognition device comprises a finger area which is located in a first portion of a display screen and comprisesa plurality of identical finger touch electrodes which detect a fingerprint signal when a palm presses the finger area, a palm area which is located in a second portion of the display screen and comprises a plurality of identical palm touch electrodes which detect a palm print signal when the palm presses the palm area, a first control chip which is connected to the finger area and obtains fingerprint data according to the fingerprint signal, a second control chip which is connected to the palm area and obtains palm print data according to the palm print signal, a processor which is connectedto the first control chip and the second control chip and compares the fingerprint data and the palm print data with the feature data for identity verification, wherein each of the finger touch electrodes is smaller than each of the palm touch electrodes.
