The optimization dispatching method comprises the steps of firstly, making a day-ahead dispatching plan by taking minimum power generation cost as a target according to a pre-built distributed power flow controller model and a constraint condition; secondly, correcting apower generation plane and a running control strategy of the distributed power flow controller in real time from a current time fracture surface to a next dispatching moment in real time according tothe day-ahead dispatching plane and wind power forecast error; and finally, making a real-time dispatching plan by taking lowest power generation cost within unit frame as an optimization target, anddispatching a wind power plant according to the real-time dispatching plane.
