The present disclosure relates to an information reporting method and apparatus, user equipment, and computer readable storage medium. The information reporting method includes: receiving downlink data of a data bearer DRB that is enabled with an integrity protection function, and performing integrity check on the downlink data of the DRB; if the integrity check fails, triggering reporting of integrity check failure related information, the integrity check failure related information including one or more of the following information: location information of the UE, the failure indication typebeing an integrity check failure, indication information of the integrity check failure related information reporting trigger mode, and the integrity check failure frequency. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the UE can report the integrity check related information to the network after the user interface data integrity check fails to solve the network location problem.
