The first crank arm and the second crank arm are movably connected through a connecting element. A first connecting part connected with the first crank arm and a second connecting part connected with the second crank arm are set on the connecting element. At least one of the first connecting part and the second connectingpart is equipped with a connecting long waist hole which is movably connected with the corresponding crank arm, thereby enabling the connecting element to adapt to actions of the first crank arm andthe second crank arm. The connecting long waist hole is equipped with a limiting wall which is in stop matching with the corresponding crank arm, thereby limiting the action of the second crank arm when an isolation switch is located at a switch-on position.
