Abstract

The invention relates to a motor current harmonic suppression device and method based on an improved repetitive controller. Stator harmonic current stored in a motor body coordinate system is switchedto a dq motor synchronization coordinate system through transformation of coordinates, then the improved repetitive controller is embedded in a current loop, and high-order current harmonics in the current loop are suppressed by high gain of the repetitive controller at specific frequency point, so that the stator harmonic current in the motor body coordinate system is suppressed. The device caneffectively suppress a series of 6k plus/minus 1(k=1, 2,...)-order harmonic components in the stator current, original system parameters need no change for embedding of the improved repetitive controller, and flexibility of an overall control algorithm is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of motor control, and in particular relates to a device and method for suppressing motor current harmonics based on an improved repetitive controller. Background technique [0002] Permanent magnet synchronous motors have the advantages of compact structure, high air gap flux, and high operating efficiency. They are widely used in electric vehicle drive systems, molecular pumps, centrifugal compressors, and wind power generation systems. [0003] The permanent magnet motor stator current contains With a large number of high-order harmonic components, the current waveform is seriously distorted. The existence of harmonics will increase the loss of the motor, especially the iron loss of the stator, which will cause the motor to heat up, and will also affect the smoothness of the motor's output speed and torque. Therefore, how to effectively suppress the harmonic current, reduce the loss of the motor, and improve the s...
