The method comprises steps of based on remote sensing image data, carrying out geologic feature interpretation; based on the remote sensing image data, carrying out alteration abnormal area delineation; based on exiting geologic data, through geochemistry stream sediment measurement, carrying out geochemistry abnormal area delineation in alteration zones; using a geologic feature interpretation result, an alteration abnormal area delineation result and a geochemistry abnormal area delineation result as metallogenic impact factors, and through the hierarchical analysis method, calculating the weight of each metallogenic impact factor; overlapping a geologic feature interpretation result graph, an alteration abnormal area delineation result graph and a geochemistry abnormal area delineation result graph, according to the weight of each metallogenic impact factor; and calculating a comprehensive weighting value of each pixel point in the overlapped graph, and according to the comprehensive weighting value, delineating a metallogenic prediction region.
