The tubular column comprises a reversed electric submersible pump, an oil pipe, a sieve pipe and a re-injection pipe section. The lower end of the sieve pipe is connected with the upper end of the electric submersible pump; and a traversable type packer isarranged on the outer wall of the oil pipe. The re-injection pipe section comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe. The upper end of the inner pipe communicates with the electric submersible pump, and the lower end of the inner pipe is blocked. The outer pipe is arranged outside the inner pipe. An upper packer and a lower packer are arranged on the outer wall of the outer pipe. A re-injection channel is arranged in first annular space between the upper packer and the lower packer in the radial direction.
