Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will ensure that the jet velocity of the airflow in the purification unit is basically unchanged under each air volume of the purifier by adjusting the number of openings of the purification unit channels on each layer of filter modules. The specific structure and implementation method of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0017] A multi-channel purifier for removing airborne microbial particles, such as figure 1 shown. It includes a filter module 1, a centrifugal fan 7 and a casing. The filter module 1 includes at least two purification units 2 , and the purification units are composed of a damper 3 , an air jet 4 , and a particle collection plate 6 . There are nozzles in the ejector, and collecting grooves in the collecting plate. The air valves are arranged in each ventilation channel, and can be rotated to open and close and adjust the opening degree.

Abstract

A multi-channel purifier for removing air-borne microbial particles. At least two filter modules (1) are provided in the purifier; a plurality of purification units (2) are provided in each filter module (1); and each purification unit (2) accelerates an airflow using an airflow jet device (4), so that air-borne microbial particles land on a particle collection plate (6) due to inertia. A plurality of jet acceleration nozzles are provided on the airflow jet device (4), and a plurality of collection grooves are formed in the collection plate (6); the nozzles correspond to the grooves, and an ultraviolet sterilization lamp (5) is provided in each purification unit (2) and is used for carrying out irradiation inactivation on the collected microbial particles. The filter modules are connected therebetween in a cascading manner, and a fan is provided between the filter modules. The multi-channel purifier for removing air-borne microbial particles solves the problems of the inertial impact of the particles and the reduction of collection efficiency when the required amount of clean air changes; meanwhile, the ultraviolet inactivation of captured microbial particles is achieved, so that a good control effect on a bioaerosol for indoor environments is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of indoor air purification, which can be used for collecting and purifying microbial particles in indoor air and inactivating the collected microbial particles. Background technique [0002] At present, HEPA filters are mainly used in air purifiers to collect and purify airborne particles. This method can efficiently filter particles, but the HEPA filter is a porous medium. After absorbing water vapor or particle moisture, it is very easy to become a place for microbial reproduction. Once these microorganisms aerosolize and enter the indoor air, it will cause air pollution. Secondary pollution. UVC ultraviolet lamps have an efficient inactivation and sterilization effect on microorganisms. However, the porous structure of the HEPA filter will hinder the penetration of ultraviolet light, and it is difficult to ensure the dose of ultraviolet light required to kill microorganisms. The particle collection or purificatio...
