The invention discloses a linear guidance system and a linear guidance device as well as a control device and a control method of the linear guidance system and the linear guidance device, wherein thelinear guidance device comprises a linear guide rail and a sliding block movably arranged on the linear guide rail; seal clearances are formed between the linear guide rail and face-to-face working faces of the sliding block; the seal clearances are filled with a lubricant; the linear guidance device further comprises coils; the coils are arranged on one of the sliding block and the linear guiderail; spiral shafts of the coils are perpendicular to the working surfaces; and the lubricant is doped with a magnetic fluid. The coils are energized and matched with the magnetic fluid, and the damping force between the sliding block and the linear guide rail can be actively adjusted. The linear guidance device, provided by the technical scheme, can meet the adaptive adjustment under various vibration conditions and reduce the high precision requirements for the linear guide rail.
