The vibrating plate discharging mechanism comprises a vibrating plate, a straight vibrator, a conveying railbar and discharging blocks. The rotary transferring mechanism comprises a transferring rack, a transferring motor, a synchronous belt, synchronous belt wheels, a transferring plate, a sliding table cylinder, an upper support seat, a lower support seat, an upper clamping pipe, a lower clamping pipe, a fiber laser correlation sensor and a rotary motor. The transferring manipulator comprises a lift motor, a lifting wheel, lifting blocking wheel discs, a square shaft, a sliding seat, a lifting seat, a transferring motor and a pneumatic gripper.
