The invention discloses a double-hole octagonal crystal bead stringing clamp capable of realizing automatic loading and an auxiliary stringing method of the clamp. In conventional bead stringing process, a bead stringing worker needs to take out crystal beads one by one and adjust the posture to string the beads. The transferring manipulator comprises a lift motor, a lifting wheel, lifting blocking wheel discs, a square shaft, a sliding seat, a lifting seat, a transferring motor and a pneumatic gripper. The four-station clamping mechanism comprises a rotating shaft assembly, a station conversion driving assembly, bead clamping driving assemblies and a clamping rack. Double-hole octagonal crystal beads can be continuously arranged and conveyed one by one and the clamp assists in stringing.
