Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biological patches, in particular to a novel biological patch and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps ofpreparing a biological nitrogen-fixation bacterial fermenting culture solution; distilling the biological nitrogen-fixation bacterial fermenting culture solution; extracting PHA (poly-hydroxyalkanoate) by a CHCl3 (chloroform) extracting method in S2; drying the solution after extracting, so as to obtain a PHA powder; analyzing the purity of the PHA by a vapor-phase spectrum method; purifying the object in S4, so as to obtain a collagen-PHA membrane sheet; preparing a polymer solution; soaking the collagen-PHA membrane sheet into the polymer solution, fetching out, relieving pressure and drying, or relieving pressure and drying at high temperature, so as to obtain the biological patch; radiating the obtained biological patch by rays, and sterilizing. The preparation method of the biologicalpatch has the advantages that the preparation method is simple, the yield of the PHA is high, and the purity is high; the medical biological patch prepared from the PHA can be directly absorbed by ahuman body, the rejection reaction of the human body is avoided, and the PHA can be gradually decomposed into CO2 (carbon dioxide) and water in the human body.
