[0077] The case group consisted of 79 patients with pituitary adenoma who were treated and operated on at Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University. All patients with pituitary adenoma were diagnosed as non-functioning pituitary adenoma by clinical manifestations, endocrine laboratory examination, and imaging examination. All patients were excluded from other malignant diseases (such as meningioma, glioma, lymphoma, etc.); 144 cases of healthy controls were from the same period of healthy physical examination personnel in our hospital. All the subjects included in the study were normal healthy people without pituitary adenoma and no family history of pituitary adenoma.
