Abstract

The using method comprises the steps that a first civil engineering structural plate and a second civil engineering structural plate with the deformation joint are clamped between the two groups of four-connecting-rod assemblies, so that electromechanical equipment is installed by using the deformation joint connecting device at the civil engineering structural plates as a basic component.
